Hello dear birdwatchers of Iran,
actually I wanted to visit your country four years ago but with a little delay now I will (finally!) come this summer.
Years ago I had some nice conversation with a few members here, and I would be very happy to "refresh" all that.
At the moment I am struggling with the technical items of this forum.
So it may happen that I do something here which is completely nonsense without knowing how it works.
But now the more interesting point:I hope to get visa in a few days, and then I will start a
five-weeks-round-trip from Teheran and Caspian Sea to Golestan NP, Touran NP,
later to Yazd and there a "desert-trip" and later to Bandar Abbas and a visit to Qeshm-island. I would be very happy to meet a birdwatcher of this community somewhere on the way to do a small trip together, or just to get good advice and so on.
Half a year ago I bought the new
"Nikon P1000" 
camera in Germany, that uncredible model with a 125x-zoom!
I will take pictures and videos on my tour, and if someone likes to check the camera in his own hands, just get in contact to me!
Now I hope that it works to get this posting published.
